Awards and Recognitions

South Texas RIMS is proud to have received these honors, recognizing our efforts to the profession and to the community.

2015:

The RIMS South Texas Chapter donated $2,000 to the Spencer Education Foundation at the end of 2015. The Chapter has awarded over $40,000 in funds to Spencer and has been recognized by Spencer with the following Badges!

2014:

The RIMS South Texas Chapter received an Award at the recent New Orleans Conference for Community Achievement - Charity (Risk Management). This award relates to the Chapter's Annual Golf Event that funds our annual scholarship donation to St. Mary's University as well as its Spencer Foundation donations.

2013:

The RIMS South Texas Chapter achieved membership growth (excluding students) of 7% during 2013. As such, the Chapter has been named a 2013 RIMS Membership Star.

Also, the Chapter achieved Student membership growth exceeding 9% during 2013. As such, the Chapter earned a 2013 RIMS Student Membership Super Star Award.
